Pay by Instalments
Paying by instalments is the perfect option to spread out payments of the Reformer, providing you with flexibility to pay off your purchase over a period of time, and is easily setup at checkout.
PayPal and Shop Pay are available to use as a payment method and provide the option to pay by instalments. Please select this option at checkout if this is right for you.
Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA
Your Reformer has partnered with Flex to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for payment on eligible products. This means you can now use your HSA or FSA debit card to purchase eligible products with pre-tax dollars, resulting in net savings depending on your tax bracket.

What is a qualified customer?
The IRS oversees HSA and FSA eligibility and dictates that a customer must have a medical condition or disease that they are seeking to treat or manage with a Your Reformer eligible product. Customers must have documentation that confirms their eligibility, also called a Letter of Medical Necessity. We have partnered with Flex to make this a quick and easy process for customers.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) is a document written by a healthcare provider that explains why a specific medical service, treatment, or equipment is necessary for a patient's health. In relation to an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account), an LOMN is often required for reimbursement of expenses that are not clearly defined as eligible under the standard IRS guidelines.

How do I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
To use your HSA or FSA debit card, add products to your cart as usual. At checkout, select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment option, enter your HSA or FSA debit card, and complete your checkout as usual. If you don’t see “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA,” you may be in Shop Pay. Be sure to select “checkout as guest” to view more payment options, including Flex.
At checkout, you will be redirected to Flex and will be required to complete a brief online form to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
From there, enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don’t have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
Within 24 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
-
What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card available?
If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.
-
Why can’t I see Flex as a payment method during checkout?
The first thing to check is that you are not logged in with ShopPay. One of the easiest ways to do this is to go through checkout in an incognito window. Or, ensure you use the ‘Checkout as Guest’ option.
-
Why is my HSA/FSA card being declined?
HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.
-
I didn’t receive an email from Flex with my itemized receipt and/or letter of medical necessity. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails from notifications@withflex.com may be automatically filtered as spam by some email service providers. If you still can’t find it, please email support@withflex.com and let them know the email address associated with your order.

I would like to use multiple HSA/FSA cards to pay for an item. Can I do that?
No, this isn't a supported feature right now. If there are insufficient funds in a single HSA or FSA account, you can instead enter a credit card on the Flex checkout page. You will receive an itemized receipt and/or Letter of Medical Necessity from Flex, which you can submit for reimbursement.
