Should your Pilates Reformer be purchased as a Pre-Order item, the expected dispatch timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page. You will receive an update once your order is scheduled for delivery from our warehouse and will be updated on the status thereafter.

In-Stock:

'To-Door'

Reformers that are in-stock and being shipped via our 'To Door' delivery methods are dispatched within 3 business days of your order submission. Our delivery partners will provide you with updates once your order is on its way so that you can track its progress.

'The Rental' and 'Your Reformer Valet Delivery & Installation' -

In-stock Reformers that are being delivered via our 'Valet Delivery & Installation' and 'Rental Delivery' are delivered within 14 days of order placement. Once you have placed your order and our team has booked your item(s) to a delivery slot, we will contact you to advise of the date and time allocation that your delivery will be fulfilled.
