We are committed to supporting all members of our community by providing programs to help with injury prevention, recovery, and management of specific conditions. We have an experienced team of Clinical Pilates Instructors who are experts in their field to bring you condition-specific programs to address common areas of injury and rehabilitation. We have classes that range from acute injuries such as back or knee pain, to pre and post operative programs. Whether you are looking for something that will help you rebuild your body after having a baby or support your running, we have programs to suit everyone.
You can individually select the programs that may apply to you and your area of concern or injury. Some of our programs are part of a series designed to help you progressively improve your strength and stability, movement and control, endurance and speed, as well as flexibility and mobility. These programs aim to give you the education and confidence to continue exercising with safety and care, whilst improving pain levels and function.
