Valet Delivery

Reformer's that are in-stock are delivered within 14 days of order placement if you are in our metro valet delivery area, and up to 21 days for regional locations.

Once you have placed your order and completed your payment plan details (if applicable), our Logistics Manager will schedule your delivery.

You will receive an SMS from our team advising of the date and time allocation that your delivery will be fulfilled.

Depot and Business delivery

Reformer's that are in-stock are dispatched from our warehouses within 3 business days of order placement. 

Once you have placed your order and completed your payment plan details (if applicable), our Logistics Manager will book your order collection with our transport partner.

Once your Reformer has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to keep an eye on your order’s journey and receive notification when it is ready for collection!

Should your Reformer be purchased as a Pre-Order, the expected dispatch timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page.
